EnergyMark Acquiring Crown Energy Services

EnergyMark, one of the region’s longstanding energy services companies, is acquiring Crown Energy Services, a West Seneca energy supply company. The deal includes all of Crown Energy’s New York customers as well as supply assets such as energy storage and transportation capacity and production from two dozen local natural gas producers.

7 New Solar Projects to Produce $2.5 Million in Annual Electric Bill Credits
